Full Manuscripts: Maximum 12 pages (including abstract, figures, tables, and references). Alternatively, submit a full paper of 4,000-6,000 words.
APA 7th Edition or IEEE two-column format. Templates will be available on the submission portal.
Double-blind peer review by the ICABER Program Committee. Submissions are evaluated for originality, relevance, and quality.
All papers must include a dedicated section on the ethical and societal implications of the research. Original work only—not previously published or concurrently submitted.
