Disclosure Requirement

Reviewers must disclose any potential conflicts of interest that could compromise impartiality.

Institutional & Personal Relationships

Prior Collaboration

If a reviewer becomes aware of prior co-authorship or close collaboration, they must notify the Chairs immediately and withdraw from the review.

Qualification to Review

If a reviewer feels insufficiently qualified or unable to remain objective, they must decline the review invitation.

Confidentiality

All information obtained during the review process must remain strictly confidential and must not be used for personal benefit or shared with unauthorized parties.

Plagiarism Detection

Reviewers must diligently check submissions for plagiarism. Any suspicion must be reported immediately to the Chairs, as plagiarism constitutes a serious ethical violation.
