Yes, ICABER 2026 is a hybrid conference. You can participate through our secure streaming and engagement portal from anywhere in the world. Virtual attendees have full access to all keynotes, parallel tracks, and digital proceedings.

The final submission deadline for abstracts and full papers is July 31, 2026. Notification of acceptance will be sent by August 25, 2026, and the final paper submission deadline is September 10, 2026.

You can submit an Abstract Only or a Full Paper (4,000–6,000 words). All submissions must use APA or IEEE formatting and align with one or more conference themes.

Yes! Accepted papers are eligible for publication in the Conference Proceedings (ISSN) and Journal Publication in SCOPUS-indexed journals.

Yes, official invitation letters will be provided to all registered and paid attendees who require a Nigeria visa for travel. Our Visa Help Desk offers travel documentation support and live chat assistance. Contact visa@icaber-conferences.ca for assistance.

No, accommodation is not included in the registration fee. However, negotiated rates will be available at partner hotels near the conference venue. Details will be released with the registration package.

We offer several registration categories: Standard Presenter (In-Person) from $400, Student (BSc/MSc/PhD) from $300, General Attendee from $300, and Virtual Only from $300. Visit our Registration page for full details.

Registration includes full conference access, certificate, publication option, sessions, networking, and workshops. In-person attendees also receive meals and access to exhibits. Note that accommodation is not included.
